Cutting optimisation for window and door manufacturing
Pipe-tunes was originally developed for window manufacturers. The program distributes the parts cut from aluminium and PVC profiles across the bars with the least possible waste – and uses usable offcuts from stock on the next job.

Which profiles?
Windows and doors
Frame, sash and mullion profiles made of aluminium or PVC. Enter the cut lengths of a job or paste them from the clipboard, for example from Excel.
Window sills
Interior and exterior window sills from bars of the same length – with as little waste as possible and a clear cutting plan.
Roller shutters and insect screens
Guide rails, box profiles and frames in many lengths – here too, every bar saved counts.
Conservatories and facades
Larger jobs with many parts: the program shows how many bars you really need and how close the result is to the theoretical minimum.
