1. Controller
The controller of the website pipe-tunes.com and of the Pipe-tunes program is Ing. Andrej Šmirala, SUNCOM, Vajnorská 6/A, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji, Company ID (IČO) 41468074. In matters relating to personal data, please contact us at info@pipe-tunes.com or +421 903 500 572. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not mandatory.
We sell only to entrepreneurs and companies. We mainly process personal data of our customers’ contact persons and of sole traders.
2. What data we process

The program does not transmit your jobs, dimensions or optimisation results. The program’s error log (chyby.log) remains on your computer. We only receive it if you send it to us yourself.
3. Why we process data and how long we keep it

You can unsubscribe from reminders and notifications at any time by replying to the e-mail. We do not send advertising e-mails and we do not sell data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. The program merely switches to demo mode if the licence is not valid or is running on a different computer.
4. Who we share data with
Only with those who help us perform the contract or to whom we are obliged to provide data by law:
- JADO Trade s.r.o., Bernolákova 62, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji, Company ID (IČO) 47172983 – hosting of the website, the licence server and e-mail (the servers are located in Germany),
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) – card payments,
- electronic invoicing provider (from 1 January 2027),
- European Commission – VAT ID verification in the VIES system,
- public authorities where required by law (e.g. the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic).
5. Transfers outside the EU
Stripe may also process some payment data in the USA. The transfer is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We make no other transfers outside the EU.
6. Cookies
The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function: shopping cart and order contents, selected language, login and protection of payments against fraud (Stripe). Consent is not required for these cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but ordering may then not work.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@pipe-tunes.com; we will deal with it within one month. We cannot erase data that we are required by law to retain (invoices).
If you believe that we process data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
